• Describes dinner features as needed, including menu changes and daily additions.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all operational procedures related to the job and ensure that the restaurant is impeccably set and prepared for business, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and prices, and utilize the pivot point system for accurate food placement.
• Complete all side work and assigned duties promptly and effectively, setting an example with your work ethic and appearance.
• Offer assistance to all guests, irrespective of their seating location, and handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area at all times, adhering to safety standards and accident prevention protocols.
• Foster effective communication between shifts, staying informed about departmental policies, procedures, and any schedule changes.
