Job summary

HOKALI is seeking an After School Enrichment Educator to supervise and engage elementary and middle school students after school, guiding safe, fun, and educational activities from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on weekdays.

The program runs through June 4, 2027, and you’ll implement prepared lesson plans while also contributing ideas, participate in online trainings, and grow professionally through the HOKALI Academy. We offer supportive supervision, fair compensation, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to start date (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR).
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

Schedule & Compensation

The program runs until June 4 2027.

Monday through Friday, 2PM to 5.30 PM

Compensation: $30 / hour

In this role, you will:
