Job summary

HOKALI seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our after-school enrichment team. You will supervise and engage elementary to middle school students, ensuring safety while delivering engaging activities and homework support in a dynamic setting.

You’ll contribute to social interactions, use positive reinforcement for behavior, and maintain accurate attendance. Training prior to start and paid trainings are provided; come grow with us at HOKALI.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to start date (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR).
• Ability to attend onsite paid trainings the week before the program starts.

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

Schedule & Compensation

The program runs from September 22 2026 to June 4 2027.

• Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Compensation: $30 / hour

In this role, you will:
