Ideally, you are a licensed agent that is ready to play a key role in growing our company’s insurance agency.

What you bring to the team:

• You are a self-motivated, problem solver that understands his/her salary can grow exponentially as the agency grows.
• You’re Bi-lingual Spanish/English, and comfortable providing high quality customer service in either language. (sometimes both at the same time)
• You enjoy working in a family oriented, fast paced environment and a desire to foster long term relationships with clients and team members.

• You take pride in providing value & building trust within the Latino community specifically around our core pillars of Education, Confidentiality, and Quality Customer Service along with the greater community at large.
