Ideally, you are a licensed agent that is ready to play a key role in growing our company's insurance agency.

• You’re bilingual Spanish/English, and comfortable providing high‑quality customer service in either language (sometimes both at the same time).

The expectations in this role:

• In‑person customer service, sales, underwriting and record keeping.
• Educate clients ethically on auto, home, renters, & small business insurance options.
• Communicate clearly with clients when quoting prices & financial options and complete sales with extraordinary customer service.
• Service existing accounts, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families.
• Help identify cross‑selling opportunities across our agency service matrix.
• Punctual with a professional attitude.

Schedule:

Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours/week
