Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks a Director, Architecture – Enterprise & Strategy to shape Martech architecture aligned with business and IT strategy. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across IS and external partners.

You will lead design decisions, mentor teams, and ensure architectural standards meet global strategies, delivering sustainable capabilities for marketing technology across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience mapping Martech roadmaps to business strategy.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe platforms including Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud, AEM, Workfront, Adobe Assets.
• Ability to influence senior partners and manage vendors.
• Experience leading a multinational team and defining EA practice components.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical info for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture strategy, standards and roadmaps for Martech.
• Lead Martech Architecture Roadmaps and Blueprints (1-5 year horizon).
• Mentor EA initiatives across IS and engage external experts.
• Sign-off on solution and segment architectures, roadmaps and blueprints.
• Drive alignment of architectures with Global strategies and AZ IS standards.
