Job summary

Sastra Group is partnering with a Series A cybersecurity startup seeking an Integrations Lead to drive customer integrations from implementation through launch and ongoing optimization. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires experience with APIs, webhooks, and data troubleshooting, paired with strong project management skills.

You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and engineering teams to deliver seamless integrations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, technical success, or technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive them to completion.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics, tag management, or consent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations from initial requirements through launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate customers, technology partners, and engineering teams to manage timelines and resolve blockers.
• Debug data flow issues, inspect payloads, and identify root causes.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and actionable product feedback.
• Maintain integration documentation, setup guides, and implementation best practices.
• Support customer onboarding, data source configuration, and ongoing technical troubleshooting.
• Manage integration priorities and strengthen relationships with technology partners.
