Job description

About the Role

You'll own the technology foundation of our go-to-market stack: discovering and evaluating tools, implementing and managing them, and making sure they work together. You'll also architect how work gets done in Asana and use AI and automation to reduce effort across our platforms and processes.

What You'll Do
  • Martech discovery and implementation
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to uncover needs, evaluate tools, run proofs of concept, and recommend solutions
  • Define process for processing and managing business cases for new technology, ensure it aligns with the overall MarTech strategy
  • Prioritize the MarTech roadmap, communicate updates, changes and priorities with partners across Marketing, Operations and IT
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to lead implementation and rollout of new platforms, including configuration, data migration, testing, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain a current inventory of the martech stack, including ownership, usage, cost, and dependencies
  • Platform management and technical support: Administer and optimize core tools such as Outreach, PathFactory, Goldcast and adjacent platforms; Provide technical development and support, including templates, custom functionality, scripts, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain governance, documentation, and change management practices for all owned systems
  • Integrations and system interconnectedness: Design, build, and monitor integrations across marketing, sales, and data platforms using native connectors, APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools; Maintain clear field mappings and data flow documentation, and proactively monitor for sync failures
  • Partner with IT, Security, Sales Ops, and RevOps to ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and reliable
  • Project management tool architecture (Asana): Architect and manage Asana as the team's system of work: project templates, intake forms, rules, custom fields, reporting, and integrations; Partner with Project Management to streamline request intake and campaign workflows to improve visibility, prioritization, and accountability
  • Enablement: Create documentation, training, and office hours so teams can use systems confidently; Drive adoption through clear communication of changes, best practices, and new capabilities
  • AI and automation optimization: Find opportunities to apply AI and automation across platforms and workflows (campaign QA, content operations, reporting, intake triage, and more); Evaluate and implement native AI features in the stack and build custom agents, prompts, and scripts where valuable; Establish standards and guardrails for safe, effective AI use; Measure and report the efficiency gains delivered
