Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for MarTech Personalization and Web initiatives across multiple streams.

You will translate roadmaps into actionable plans, drive cross-team coordination, and communicate status at the leadership level. You will establish intake and prioritization, manage risks and dependencies, and run Agile ceremonies within a POD-based delivery model.

Qualifications

• PMP certification (Project Management Institute) is required.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience delivering technical, software, or marketing-technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, and data teams on concurrent initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Proven track record of dependency, risk, and stakeholder management on complex, multi-team programs.
• Strong executive communication and status reporting, with the ability to make plans clear to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of MarTech Personalization and Web initiatives, scope, integrated plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps and delivery plans across MarTech work streams.
• Translate assessments and pain points into milestone-based delivery plans with owners and success criteria.
• Establish and run an intake and prioritization process for web and personalization requests.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, data, architecture, QA, and external partner teams.
• Run Agile delivery cadences, sprint and PI planning, backlog refinement, standups, and reviews.
• Proactively manage RAID, block blockers, and elevate with recommended options.
• Coordinate build-vs-buy and vendor/SOW workstreams; track staffing, budget, and resourcing.
• Provide leadership-ready status, roadmap and metrics reporting for leadership alignment.
• Standardize project-management practices and governance across MarTech.
