The Chula Vista Elementary School District seeks an instructional assistant to support teachers by working with students one-to-one or in small groups to reinforce learning activities. The role also involves modeling appropriate social behaviors and maintaining confidentiality, while operating computers or AV equipment.
Qualifications include passing the district exam or CBEST, submitting a current resume for substitutes and employees, and possessing a high school diploma or equivalent.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Probationary employees serving the initial probationary period (6 months) in the District are not eligible for voluntary transfer. However, they are eligible to apply for a promotional opportunity pursuant to Article 11, Transfer of the CVCEO/District Agreement.
