Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and hotel deposits.
  • Assist the Property Accountant with administrative tasks related to accounting, human resources, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate billing, collections, and filing systems.
  • Participate in credit meetings and assist with account management.
  • Support HR processes, including new hire paperwork, payroll, and training tracking.
  • Manage sensitive information and access secure areas responsibly.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in related fields is helpful.
  • Experience in hospitality or related fields preferred.
