Position Details:

• Position: Automotive Accounting Clerk
• Location: Basil Ford of Niagara Falls, 6980 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304
• Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and store volume)
• Schedule: Full Time, five-day work week, includes occasional Saturdays

Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Stock vehicles into CDK/VERFI upon purchase
• Break down deals
• Submit all paperwork to the DMV
• Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to financial institutions
• Handle daily cash deposits
• Ensure all credit card, cash, and check receipts are properly recorded
• Accurately report daily transactions and business activity
• Maintain compliance with all NYS and Federal guidelines
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile all accounts to GL balance monthly
• Perform month-end and year-end accounting entries
• Provide administrative support to the controller

Previous dealership experience is required.
