Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, supervising 8–13 students, with duties spanning mentorship, scheduling, and student wellness. The path begins with nine days on, three off, transitioning to a placed houseparent role.

Benefits include salary per person, housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive insurance. Both spouses must meet age and marital criteria, with licensing and safety requirements to drive

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limits: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
