Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role places you in on-campus student homes, caring for a group of 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead and supervise students in daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
