Job Description:
  1. Lead critical projects in display technology to support growth and increase 3M's market penetration.
  2. Responsible for achieving sales targets for new growth projects.
  3. Engage with BOE's technical and business leadership teams to gain insights into critical projects and maximize value for 3M.
  4. Explore business opportunities in BOE related to new technologies such as perovskite solar panels, semiconductor business, and micro-optical areas.
  5. Collaborate with the Marquee Account Team to define directions and priorities for growth projects.
  6. Understand 3M's capabilities deeply and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate top project implementations.
  7. Organize technology exchange meetings to drive progress on critical projects.
  8. Develop go-to-market strategies for new businesses to ensure smooth commercialization.
  9. Create handbooks and project documentation to facilitate smooth transition to operations.
  10. Work with segment marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that accelerate the deployment of new projects and technologies.
