This job is responsible for providing advanced end-to-end operational support for securities, loans, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter derivatives across multiple lines of business, and cross‑business functional support through the lifecycle of a trade. Key responsibilities include ensuring trading and operational activities are completed accurately and before deadlines, researching and resolving complex issues, and simplifying client interactions. The Mandatory Corporate Action Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, control, and daily management of mandatory corporate action processing activities. This role ensures the timely and accurate capture, review, approval, reconciliation, and completion of corporate action events while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operational risk standards. The Supervisor provides leadership to processors, performs independent validation of key activities through 4‑eye review controls, manages operational risk, and serves as the primary escalation point for processing exceptions, breaks, and technology issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all mandatory corporate action events are captured, assigned, and processed within established service level requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mandatory corporate action events, including payment release, event reconciliation, and event completion.
  • Identify time critical situations and related risks
  • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing corporate action related material and data
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails
  • Timely response to internal/external client escalations
  • Interface with lines of business supported (Wealth Management, Prime Finance), counterparties and international custodians
  • Liaising with internal departments and Vendors to ensure timely resolution of issued raised
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
  • Maintain policies and procedures on related processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in securities or cash operations, proxy processing, corporate actions, or custody operations.
  • Good IT skills such as Microsoft office / excel, Copilot experience a plus
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate staff for maximum efficiency & customer focus
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
