Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using Essbase and building analyses from large, multi-source data sets.
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work under pressure.
• Professional judgment, maturity and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports on performance and outlook.
• Analyze quarterly business performance and key drivers versus plan and prior periods.
• Support leadership discussions with benchmarking insights.
• Build executive-ready presentations and materials for senior management.
• Partner with CFOs, Controllers and Business Heads to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to cross-finance strategic initiatives and project workstreams.
• Implement controls and best practices to improve analysis accuracy and efficiency.
• Synthesize data sets into clear insights and narratives.
• Maintain strong relationships across firmwide finance teams.
