Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of clear executive-level storytelling.
• Ability to deliver data-driven insights and present them to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Address routine/ad-hoc FP&A requests with timely, accurate responses.
• Enhance reporting and dashboards for GCB senior management; drive automation where possible.
• Coordinate regional headcount and expense reporting; provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate monthly report sharing and reconciliation with Marketing and HR to ensure data accuracy.
• Strengthen internal controls with regular monthly checks and documentation.
• Support budget rounds with trend analysis and variance, producing comprehensive submissions.
• Explain allocations to GCB within the booking model and articulate cost drivers.
