Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer Marketplace to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive scalable systems and platform reliability, translating complex requirements into practical tech solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Responsibilities include building features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality code.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Rails, React, or TS development.
• Strong OO programming knowledge.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write maintainable code and implement new features in the Marketplace platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver quality software.
• Engage in design and architecture of software features.
• Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and performant code.
• Research and implement prototypes to validate technical assumptions.
• Participate in development and planning with a strong voice.
• Review peer code to ensure quality and consistency.
