Qualifications
- 4+ years software engineering experience with focus on system architecture of large-scale, performant distributed systems.
- Experience leading technical projects, coordinating execution of small engineering teams, and setting engineering standards in an agile environment.
- Mastery in Python and a strong commitment to engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, fault-tolerance).
- Hands-on experience deploying cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud) and orchestration tools (k8s, Docker).
