Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Marketplace Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of TERREPOWER marketplace presence on Amazon, eBay, and related eCommerce platforms — from catalog integrity and listing quality to account health and marketplace compliance. TERREPOWER is building its eCommerce function from the ground up, and you’ll play a foundational role in creating the processes, workflows, and standards the business scales are on. You’ll partner closely with product, content, inventory, and IT teams to keep listings accurate, available, and performing. It’s a role for someone equally comfortable in the weeds of suppressed listing and in a planning conversation about catalog architecture.

What You’ll Do
  • Catalog management & listing operations
    • Own end-to-end SKU setup across eCommerce sites, including parent/child structure, variation creation, and attribute population.
    • Maintain catalog accuracy across all active listings — titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and compliance attributes — and manage automotive fitment data to ensure accurate vehicle compatibility.
    • Build and maintain inventory feed workflows, monitor and resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog errors.
  • Account health & marketplace compliance
    • Monitor account health dashboards on Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub, proactively resolving policy flags and performance issues.
    • Maintain awareness of marketplace policy changes and update internal workflows accordingly; manage brand registry and authorized seller compliance; and serve as the point of contact for platform support cases and escalations.
  • Operational workflow & process development
    • Develop and document standard operating procedures for listing creation, catalog updates, inventory management, and suppression resolution.
    • Establish quality control checkpoints ahead of publication, partner with IT and operations to build data feeds between internal systems and marketplace platforms, and track operational KPIs including listing health, suppression rates, inventory accuracy, and order defect rates.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Work with content and creative teams to ensure assets meet marketplace specifications, and partner with analysts to identify listing-level performance issues and prioritize fixes.
    • Align with supply chain and warehouse teams on inventory availability, and support the VP, eCommerce in planning new category and SKU launches.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of hands-on eBay, Amazon Seller and related eCommerce platforms experience, with demonstrated proficiency in catalog management, listing operations, and account health.
  • Direct experience with automotive fitment data management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data file management; comfort with large flat file uploads and feed-based catalog management.
  • Strong written communication skills for internal documentation and marketplace support case management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving, early-stage operational environment.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience managing large automotive or parts catalogs, including fitment data (ACES/PIES or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with inventory feed management, API integrations, or middleware/channel management platforms.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or manufacturing sector.
  • Track record of building or improving operational processes in a high-SKU, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience launching new product categories or SKUs on Amazon or eBay, from initial setup through first sale.
About Us

For over 35 years, TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) has been a leader in sustainable manufacturing, driving the circular economy by extending the life of essential products in the automotive and industrial markets.

Founded in 1987 in Daphne, Alabama by the Bigler family, TERREPOWER began as a small regional remanufacturer of starters and alternators. Our commitment to quality and innovation quickly earned us a reputation as a trusted name in the automotive industry.

Recognizing new challenges and opportunities, in 2019 we set our sights on EV battery upcycling-addressing one of the industry’s most pressing issues. Our engineering team pioneered solutions to extend EV battery life, pushing the boundaries of sustainable innovation.

Recognizing that demand for solar panels would exceed availability and 100,000 tons of waste would potentially go into landfills by 2035, our team searched for an innovative way to upcycle solar panels. With an eye on the future, we developed ways to upcycle solar panels.

Rooted in family and community values, we’re proud to have second-generation employees contributing to our legacy. Backed by Clearlake Capital, we’ve expanded our footprint into Europe with facilities in Spain, Italy, Denmark, Germany and Poland. We now sustainably manufacture and supply an assortment of nondiscretionary repair parts across more than 90 countries.

As we move forward under the TERREPOWER name, we remain committed to the same values that have always defined us: entrepreneurship, teamwork, customer-centered, sustainability, safety.

Why Join Us?

When you join our team, you become part of a company that is redefining how essential products are made, reused and repurposed to reduce waste and maximize resources.

Here’s What Sets Us Apart
