Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to own end-to-end marketplace programs, including Flash Deals, pricing, resold, and marketing events. You will lead go-to-market strategies, drive cross-functional alignment, and analyze performance to improve GMV and customer experience.

The role partners with Category, Site Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Product and Finance to scale initiatives and maintain Walmart Marketplace's competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Experience in ecommerce, strategy, or marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Flash Deals and pricing initiatives on the Walmart Marketplace.
• Drive GMV growth and improve customer experience through data-backed programs.
• Align with Category, Site Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Product and Finance teams.
• Deliver performance measurements and program health across initiatives.
