Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of marketplace management experience.
• Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central (required).
• Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
• Experience with tools such as Jungle Scout, ChannelAdvisor, or similar.
• Knowledge of PIM systems for product content management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational execution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and marketplace analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central and 3P platforms, including listings and account health.
• Optimize product content, pricing, and channel positioning to boost visibility and sales.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Support marketplace advertising initiatives (Sponsored Products/Brands, Display).
• Protect brand presence by monitoring unauthorized sellers and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and onboarding.
