Marketplace Barista and Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency; current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire, required
• 1+ years of barista experience; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands and events, preferred
• A passion for coffee and building community
• Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
• Directed decision‑making, problem‑solving, and adaptability to challenging situations

Marketplace Barista and Associate Responsibilities

• Attend goal‑setting meetings with management and the team
• Ensure the Bar is open and functioning on assigned days to prepare beverages, food, and support with training new hires
• Update the daily Bar inventory needs to arrange deliveries and pick‑ups for perishable and non‑perishable products and materials
• Work the floor to sell merchandise and assist inventory process of receiving, tagging, and merchandising as needed
• Represent our brands at on‑site and off‑site events

Pay

$14.00–$15.00/hr. plus tips and bonuses.

Schedule

• On‑site, part‑time, 16‑32 hours per week, 0.5‑hour meal break, non‑exempt
• Rotating schedule Monday‑Friday (7:00am‑5:30pm)
• Rotating Saturday (7:30am‑3:30pm)
