Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks an Ambassador – MarketPlace to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating, handoff of orders, cash handling, bussing, and maintaining clean workstations in a Four Diamond setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in guest service or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Background check and gaming license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in guest service, retail, or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment with a positive demeanor.
• Must complete background check and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests; assist with food and beverage orders.
• Operate POS to ring up purchases and process payments.
• Provide information about MarketPlace offerings and procedures.
• Bus, clean, and reset tables throughout the shift.
• Maintain cashier station and guest areas; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support service staff to deliver prompt and accurate order delivery.
