Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a Front-End Developer to join our Online Operations & Marketing team. You will partner with product, marketing, and design to craft responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused web experiences that guide users from discovery to informed decisions.

You will work across the full web development lifecycle, apply SEO best practices, leverage Headless CMS platforms, and ensure fast, scalable performance while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations, products, goals, and objectives.
• Gain knowledge of course offerings across Real Estate, Loan Origination, Home Inspection, and Appraisal.
• Demonstrate strong SEO principles, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Experience using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with collaboration across departments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design to build accessible, responsive web experiences.
• Develop high-performing web applications guiding users from discovery to decision.
• Apply best practices in website design, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Design and develop mobile-responsive, mobile-first features.

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; ensure brand consistency.
• Support back-end development with coding, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends.
