Translates business priorities into marketing strategies that achieve financial and strategic goals for 8+ regions and 24+ market areas Develops and implements a comprehensive brand alignment strategy showcasing creative / visual excellence (may include improving visual assets, internal and external communications, and digital platforms such as website and social media channels) Strategically allocates resources to support both immediate needs and long-term growth Leads digital transformation initiatives to modernize Parkhill's marketing approach Develops strategies to showcase design expertise across digital platforms Assesses marketing capabilities to identify skill gaps and strategizes to address the gaps Qualifications
Experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a large, complex organization; AEC industry experience is preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus Proven ability to translate complex business priorities into comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple regions and markets Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand alignment initiatives with measurable impact Strong track record of representing company values to internal teams, clients, partners, and community stakeholders Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing substantial marketing department budgets Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives to modernize marketing approaches Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, Digital Asset Management tools, and Adobe Creative Suite Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels Extensive knowledge of marketing trends and industry developments with strategic application Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders Experience balancing efficiency improvements with strategic growth initiatives while maintaining team wellbeing Benefits and Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
