Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Vocational Training Intern to support content creation, communication strategy, and training for Freightliner and Western Star vocational products. You will collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and Training Managers to deliver engaging training materials and improve customer experience.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Fort Mill, SC, with a May/June start, stipends for housing and transportation, and opportunities to transition to a full-time

Competenze

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program or recently graduated within 1 year.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media/Design, Business Admin or Communications.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, digital content creation through coursework or projects.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Assist in development and execution of training strategies for key stakeholders.
• Support creation of content, storyboards, scripts and assets for online training.
• Build online training modules using Articulate and upload to LMS.
• Assist in training ride & drive events to promote product engagement.
• Support marketing and training teams with digital tools and platforms.
