Job summary

DTNA, part of Daimler Truck North America, seeks a motivated Vocational Training Intern to support content creation and training strategy for Freightliner and Western Star products. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Sales, and Training Managers to develop engaging materials and online courses.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Marketing or related fields, with experience in graphic design or digital media tools.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher or have recently graduated within 1 year.
• Pursuing Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media/Design, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, digital content creation through coursework or internships.
• Solid organizational skills and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of training strategies for dealers, sales teams, and TEMs.
• Support monthly newsletter content timeline and development with key stakeholders.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and assets for online training modules.
• Build online training modules using Articulate and upload to LMS.
• Support training ride & drive events to drive hands-on product engagement.
• Bring fresh perspective on tools and platforms to improve Training team.
