Somfy is seeking a Global Marketing Automation Expert in New Jersey, USA to design, deploy, and optimize CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys. You will drive multi-channel activation, ensuring scalable programs aligned with global standards and business objectives.

The role reports to the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager within the Global Marketing Activation team. 5–7 years of experience, strong automation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of CRM activation, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate CRM priorities into actionable customer journeys.
• Strong data-driven mindset and cross-market collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy CRM campaigns and automated workflows across channels.
• Develop CRM content and activation assets for emails, messages and briefs.
• Support business areas and local teams in deploying activations to global standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives and share learnings across teams.
