Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop charts, graphics, and visual assets for presentations using Adobe Illustrator; create and refine charts in Microsoft Excel as needed to meet presentation and Compliance standards
- Produce and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including quarterly and recurring materials
- Edit and produce marketing and educational videos using Adobe Premiere, including managing Compliance review and approval workflows
- Edit and enhance audio content for video projects
- Design invitations, market updates, commentaries, and other marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign
- Maintain and update Clark Capital’s websites, ccmg.com and navigatorfunds.com
- Manage and troubleshoot marketing technology platforms
- Create and deploy email communications; manage lists, forms, and automations
- Manage quarterly CPM meeting processes and performance workflows
- Upload and manage marketing materials across websites, portals, and Wistia
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing production and communication needs
- Learn and maintain FileMaker Pro solutions to support marketing automation and workflows
Competencies for Success
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Technology
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing, Technology, and Design or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Box, Seismic, Zoom, WordPress (Elementor knowledge a plus), and marketing automation tools
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and style clean, responsive web interfaces and custom email templates
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
