Role Overview:

We seek a skilled marketing technologist and funnel builder for our remote team in the U.S. You will create high-converting sales funnels that generate leads and sales, using tools like Clickfunnels, Hubspot, Webflow, Zapier, Wistia, Zoom, SamCart, and others to develop integrated, high-performing funnels that support marketing and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and build sales funnels with funnel software such as Clickfunnels or Webflow, including landing, sales, thank you pages, and order forms.
2. Collaborate with marketing to develop funnel strategies aligned with business goals.
3. Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor and optimize funnel performance across advertising channels.
4. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve funnel performance and ROI.
5. Integrate email marketing and automation tools for lead nurturing, follow-up, and tracking conversions.
6. Ensure all funnel elements are functional, user-friendly, and responsive on all devices.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in funnel design and conversion optimization.
8. Provide regular performance reports and KPI analysis.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in funnel building, digital marketing, or related fields.
2. Proficiency with funnel-building software such as Clickfunnels or Webflow.
3. Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Maropost, or GoHighLevel.
4. Strong understanding of sales funnel architecture, CRO principles, and UX/UI.
5. Skills in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for tracking pixels and dynamic events.
6. Ability to optimize web pages for speed and performance.
7. Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Compensation Range:

$75k - $95k salary
