Job summary

Plante Moran is looking for a Marketing Technology Intern to support the management and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation, in Wakefield, MA. You are a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing-related fields, with a 3.0 GPA minimum and a strong interest in CRM, AI tools, and marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Technology/Marketing Operations or related field with a 3.0 GPA.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing tech, CRM, AI, digital marketing, or marketing operations through coursework or projects.
• Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, Microsoft tech, or AI tools preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining the firm's marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation).
• Support data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Assist with technology rollouts, system enhancements, testing, and deployment of new capabilities.
• Serve as a first contact for marketing technology questions and troubleshoot with system admins.
• Support administration of marketing tools, user adoption, training, and communication of new features.
• Assist in building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation.
• Support lead management and data quality in marketing operations.
