Job summary

Plante Moran seeks a marketing technology intern to assist with CRM, marketing automation, and related platforms. You will help with data integrity, campaign deployment, and user support, gaining hands-on experience in a major professional services firm.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or information systems, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and a strong interest in technology-enabled marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing technology, CRM platforms, AI, digital marketing, or marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other platforms.
• Support data management initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of firmwide marketing and client data.
• Assist with technology rollouts, system enhancements, testing efforts, and adoption of new marketing technology capabilities.
• Serve as a first point of contact for marketing technology questions, assisting users with troubleshooting.
• Support administration of marketing technology tools, including user adoption, documentation, training, and communication of new features and functionality.
• Assist in building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Support lead management and qualification processes while helping maintain data quality and marketing operations best practices.
