Job summary

GM Financial’s GMF Technology team seeks a Marketing Software Engineering Manager to lead a Marketing technology developers, shaping product strategy and driving end-to-end delivery of scalable marketing communications. You will foster best practices, mentor engineers, and promote AI-enabled engineering to modernize customer interactions.

You will oversee real-time and batch customer journeys, collaborate with Marketing and Platform teams, and ensure timely, secure, and high-quality solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience with Workfront project management tools.
• Hands-on or leadership experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and AEP.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
• Experience with various CMS such as AEM, WordPress, Drupal.

Responsibilities

• Enable personalized, automated customer journeys across channels.
• Lead team to build modern marketing apps, platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with platform engineering to define and improve Adobe capabilities.
• Define and execute budget, resources and tools plan; manage delivery.
