Job summary

HHMI in Chevy Chase, MD is hiring a senior analytics and systems engineer to build the intelligence layer that guides content and strategy. You will own data systems, analytics infrastructure, and the measurement architecture across web, email, social, paid media, and events.

You will lead CRM and CDP implementation from vendor evaluation through integration, govern UTMs, and develop audience segmentation and dashboards for the Marketing and Digital Communications teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in digital analytics and marketing operations.
• Experience building CRM/CDP platforms end-to-end.
• Strong data governance, tagging, and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the analytics infrastructure.
• Architect cross-channel measurement across web, email, social, paid media, and events.
• Run search and AI visibility initiatives.
• Lead CRM and CDP from vendor evaluation through integration.
• Own the data model, identity resolution, and integration patterns.
• Integrate analytics into website redesign and content strategy.
• Oversee email infrastructure and data governance within CRM/CDP.
• Create dashboards and reports to inform decision making.
• Lay groundwork for audience modelling and segmentation.
