Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Marketing Systems Specialist to advance marketing systems, content management, data quality, and proposal support. The role collaborates with engineers, marketers, and design staff to update standard content, maintain tools, and support client engagement.

The position develops proficiency in marketing systems, process development, and proposal coordination, offering opportunities to mentor teammates and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience including proposal development.
• Experience supporting proposal content development, editing, and coordination.
• Experience with technology or information systems updates, testing, or optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update standard content and processes that support business development and client engagement.
• Maintain marketing content libraries and SharePoint sites to make information accessible to BC staff.
• Support data governance and integrity across marketing systems.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and testing for marketing system configurations.
• Improve marketing processes through automation to increase efficiency.
• Perform competitor research to maintain competitive edge.
• Advance company-wide projects to achieve sales program goals.
• Support proposal development tasks including document preparation, editing, and coordination.
• Communicate strategic messages clearly to different audiences.
• Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional assignments.
• Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced team members.
