Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist to own GoHighLevel, marketing automation, AI, and business systems for a growing Med Spa & Wellness business. This role focuses on lead generation, follow-up, and optimizing marketing operations.

You will work remotely across LATAM & ASIA, build integrations, manage campaigns, and leverage Claude and ChatGPT to enhance workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel environment including funnels, pipelines, workflows, automations, and lead management.
• Support migration of the existing GHL account, leads, workflows, and systems.
• Build API integrations between GHL and other business tools.
• Improve lead management, SMS follow-up, and conversion workflows.
• Use AI tools to build smarter workflows and improve business processes.
• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads, lead-generation campaigns, and sales funnels.
• Support marketing initiatives including content calendars, marketing copy, image collateral, and campaign execution.
• Improve local digital visibility through SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlink strategies.

Full-Time | Remote LATAM & ASIA

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist to support a growing Med Spa & Wellness business.

This role combines GoHighLevel (GHL), marketing automation, digital marketing, AI, and business systems. You will take ownership of the systems behind lead generation and follow-up while helping improve the marketing activities that drive new business.

We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of both technical systems and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's GoHighLevel (GHL) environment, including funnels, pipelines, workflows, automations, and lead management.
• Support the migration of the existing GHL account, leads, workflows, and systems, ensuring a smooth and organized transition.
• Build and maintain API integrations and automated workflows between GHL and other business tools.
• Improve lead management, SMS follow-up, and conversion workflows, ensuring leads are followed up with effectively.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to build smarter workflows and improve business processes.
• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads, lead-generation campaigns, and sales funnels.
• Support marketing initiatives including content calendars, marketing copy, image collateral, and campaign execution.
• Improve local digital visibility through SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, marketing processes, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience, including funnels, automations, lead management, and account migrations.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, backend systems, and workflow automation.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build or improve systems and automations.
• Previous experience in the Med Spa, Aesthetics, or Wellness industry.
• Hands-on digital marketing experience, including Meta Ads, sales funnels, content, and lead generation.
• Knowledge of local SEO, AEO/GEO, and website optimization.
• Experience managing lead follow-up and SMS/text-based conversion workflows.

Schedule

Full-Time - 40 hours per week

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Denver Time

You understand both marketing and the systems behind it. You're comfortable working inside GHL, building automations, troubleshooting integrations, and using AI tools, while also understanding lead generation and digital marketing.

You're proactive and business-minded. You can identify a problem, recommend a solution, and execute it without needing constant direction. Most importantly, you're comfortable taking ownership of the systems and marketing processes that support a growing business.
