Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager IV to design scalable marketing systems, messaging frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems design, AI innovation, and cross-functional leadership.

This position focuses on infrastructure, standards, and workflows to enable consistent messaging and operational efficiency across a large marketing organization, not traditional campaign management.

Qualifications

• Experience in large technology organizations or similarly complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated track record building or scaling marketing systems, messaging frameworks, or enablement infrastructure.
• Strong systems thinking, framework design, and process optimization capabilities.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering or technical teams to develop systems and workflows.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational adoption.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and messaging consistency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable marketing systems, messaging frameworks, and standardized workflows.
• Develop reusable templates, documentation standards, and structured messaging resources.
• Translate complex positioning strategies into practical frameworks adopted across teams.
• Establish messaging governance, documentation standards, and processes for consistency across channels.
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to develop and optimize marketing systems.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to improve messaging efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Engineering and Analytics to enable go-to-market efforts.
