Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Marketing Support Manager for a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with 2 days on-site. The position spans 12+ months, paying $35–$40 per hour, and requires strong project governance, cross-functional collaboration, and print production familiarity.

The role supports collateral requests, manages file delivery, and coordinates with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate printing and delivery, while maintaining project plans and status reports.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and enjoy juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Able to develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Print Production background (ie familiarity with print processes, proofing, color checks).

Responsibilities

• Support ad hoc collateral requests.
• Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems.
• Intermediate to expert level skills with Microsoft, Project Management tools (ie Workfront, Quickbase) or other tools.
• Work and follow up with project leads on issues and status.
• Must be diligent, proactive and work professionally with all personnel and contractors to reach a valid, timely and satisfactory conclusion.
• Must be able to substantiate work products.
• Highly accomplished in working with all functions of MS Outlook email client and MS Office.
• Participate in team meetings and then follow-up with meeting tasks and to do lists.
• Manage jobs from intake through fulfillment by validating each request against the grid, routing work to the appropriate vendors, reviewing proofs for accuracy and quality, and proactively managing timelines to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to the fulfillment house.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate reprint orders and develop accurate print grids for inventory items, ensuring timely, efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant stakeholders in a concise and clear manner.
• Assist Production and Marketers with inventory management and item end dates.
• Potential in-person office once a week. Could expand to five days a week based on project/deliverable needs.
