Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Marketing Supervisor to lead graphics, campus programs, and social media initiatives. The role directs shift activities, schedules, and promotional content across multiple dining locations.

You will design marketing materials, manage events, and coordinate signage while supporting branding consistency and team development. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.

• Manage Dining Services social media platforms and content calendar, creating engaging graphics, photography, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Lead the creation, placement, and maintenance of campus dining signage, menu boards, digital screens, and promotional displays.
• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of Dining Services events, activations, meal plan initiatives, and campus programs.
• Design print and digital marketing materials while maintaining branding across all Dining Services locations.
• Evaluate workers' performance and address issues to meet standards of quality and safety.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Manage Dining Services social media platforms and content calendar, creating engaging graphics, photography, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Lead the creation, placement, and maintenance of campus dining signage, menu boards, digital screens, and promotional displays.
• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of Dining Services events, activations, meal plan initiatives, and campus programs.
• Design print and digital marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across all Dining Services locations and initiatives.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
