Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to direct dining services marketing efforts at the Fort Myers campus. The role oversees graphic design, social media content, and promotional displays while coordinating events and branding across locations.

The position requires experience in graphics, campus programs, and social media, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends or late nights. Training and supervision of staff are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Manage Dining Services social media platforms and content calendar, creating engaging graphics, photography, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Lead the creation, placement, and maintenance of campus dining signage, menu boards, digital screens, and promotional displays.
• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of Dining Services events, activations, meal plan initiatives, and campus programs.
• Design print and digital marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across all Dining Services locations and initiatives.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
