Job summary

Bear River Casino Resort in Loleta, CA is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead the marketing team and develop strategies that grow market share and casino revenues. The role oversees creative campaigns, events, and guest programs while guiding guest retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Communications, experience with databases and demographics preferred.
• Two years of marketing experience, casino experience preferred; management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work varied shifts including weekends.
