ServiceNow is seeking a Chief of Staff, Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead the evolution of marketing as a business, reporting to the CMO and running the Office of the CMO with planning rhythms, performance systems, and governance.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring alignment, scale, and measurable impact. The position requires proximity to the Santa Clara office with in-person work.

Qualificações

• 15+ years leading marketing operations, strategy, or transformation in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven operator who scales complex systems with clarity, speed, and discipline.
• Experience leading senior teams across operations, planning, and AI capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Run the business of marketing, owning the operating model, planning rhythm, and performance systems.
• Lead the Office of the CMO, ensuring alignment and momentum across leadership.
• Drive focus and accountability by translating company goals into marketing priorities, budgets, and metrics.
• Accelerate transformation by building governance for sharper, more agile marketing.
• Oversee the Marketing AI Center of Excellence and governance across strategy, content, and execution.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to operationalize enterprise buying groups.
