Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel deployment, enablement, and strategic execution across the commercial organization. Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and volume growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects with emphasis on broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
