Qualifications

• Available to work full‑time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the summer internship program.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment, including approximately 40‑50% of the time in our Amelia, Ohio office.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the office as required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects.
