Sweetwater in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. You will create social media assets, videos, and briefs for primary channels and Gear Exchange, spanning concept to execution.

You will collaborate with category specialists on product adjacencies, research trends, deliver assets, and produce weekly social reporting to guide campaigns and promotions. Relocation to our Fort Wayne campus is required and Sweetwater offers a collaborative, creative

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR High School degree with comparable experience.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and CapCut.
Prior experience with social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram).
3–5+ years of marketing and social media experience in a corporate or professional setting.
Strong passion for music gear.

Responsibilities

Write briefs and collaborate with the team to produce graphic assets for Gear Exchange emails and site.
Update Gear Exchange site: schedule sales, assets, and giveaways.
Manage Gear Exchange Instagram and source listings to feature.
Create content for Sweetwater social media channels.
Brainstorm ideas and research trends for our audience.
Produce a weekly social report and assist with marketing analytics.
Run special projects for Band & Orchestra, Home Audio, and other adjacencies.
