Job summary

Marick Mechanical, an Orion Services Group company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Omaha, NE. You will own day-to-day marketing coordination, manage external vendors, drive SEO initiatives, and oversee website content to improve organic visibility and performance across HVAC/mechanical, refrigeration, and plumbing lines.

You will partner with leaders to prioritize campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while enhancing the customer experience

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, website management, or related role.
• Practical knowledge of SEO concepts, website content management systems, analytics, and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate vendors, manage timelines, evaluate deliverables, and communicate priorities.
• Strong copyediting, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and adhere to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for external marketing agencies, SEO specialists, website developers, designers, printers, and other vendors.
• Define project briefs, scopes, milestones, and performance expectations; coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate vendor work for quality, brand consistency, timeliness, and business value; provide feedback and revisions.
• Track marketing project schedules and budgets; flag cost or scope changes for approval per finance policies.
• Maintain a centralized marketing calendar and organized records of campaigns, assets, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns and collateral as needed.
• Capture and publish authentic crew and job stories in partnership with branch leaders to reflect real people.
