Envision Horizons is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our revenue marketing, brand, and client acquisition efforts. In this entry-level role, you will work across channels to help execute campaigns, create content, support events, and contribute to visual and video assets.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing & Sales teams to bring our story to life and generate high-quality interest from prospective clients.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of marketing experience, including hands-on email marketing.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear marketing content.
• Experience designing basic marketing assets (social posts, flyers, slides).
• Foundational video editing skills for short-form content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Comfort with data in spreadsheets and basic dashboards, tying metrics to pipeline/revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage segmented email campaigns across a 15K+ contact list.
• Develop pre/post-event email nurture flows to support sales.
• Evolve newsletters into lead generation tools with clear CTAs.
• Support webinar production, promotion, and follow-up communications.
• Contribute to social media management and scheduling.
• Assist with blog and SEO content production.
• Design and adapt visual assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Edit short-form video content for social and webinars.
