Maintains product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Develops and maintains digital governance, including publishing standards, access roles, workflow rules, content lifecycle requirements, and digital compliance practices. Provides guidance to installations and program offices on interpreting and applying governance standards. Ensure platform requirements remain aligned with enterprise technical and security frameworks in coordination with technical stakeholders. Leads development of Statements of Work (SOWs), technical requirements, and evaluation criteria for MarTech services, and coordinates with Procurement teams for contract execution, renewals, and modifications.
